Returns & Refund Policy

 

Returns

We accept U.S. returns on jewelry items that are unworn, unaltered, and in like-new condition. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and initiated through email. Customized or personalized pieces are non-returnable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your jewelry upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a return request immediately in our return portal with photos and details so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

​Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to complete the transaction on their end.If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at poisedjewelryco@gmail.com.
